Is your website secure?
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site so you can feel comfortable and secure when shopping. When you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window then the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information on our site. Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons. 

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return or exchange that order, a shipping charge of $6.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund. If you paid by PayPal, a PayPal fee of 2.9% will be deducted from your refund. Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to ensure full credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been opened. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. All orders over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

Please Note: Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept returns of the following items: Makeup, Skin Care and Hair Care Products.

What is my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for UPS inspection.

How can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. You may return your purchase within 30 days, please see our return policy above.
