Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare and Haircare items) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Please note that any shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us will not be refunded.
To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, used merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.
For orders with free shipping, if the total falls below $50 after a return or exchange, a shipping charge of $7.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Authorization Numbers are mandatory for all returns. To obtain one, please email us, and a Customer Service Representative will assist you promptly. Please note, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages will incur return shipping costs based on the original shipping method used.
Cancellations
To ensure optimal shopping experiences, our systems are automated, hence orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you do have the option to return the item. Please refer to our return policy outlined above for further details.
